I’m a project manager. I work with 20 to 150 person companies on the workflows where things get stuck: requests with no front door, commitments nobody is tracking, status that is mostly guessing. I rebuild one of them, and it’s running in two weeks.

03. What things cost
Four ways to work together. The prices are public.
Workflow Triage, $1,500
One week, about 90 minutes of your time. You get a two-page memo naming the three workflows worth fixing, in order, with what each costs you now and what it would cost to fix. The fee credits fully toward a Pilot booked within 30 days.
Two-Week Pilot, $5,500
One workflow, rebuilt and running in production by the end of week two, on tools you already pay for wherever possible. Done means it ran for five business days without me, and your named owner ran it.
Operating Rhythm, $12,000 over 90 days
Three to four workflows rebuilt, plus one intake path, a weekly review that runs without me, a decision log and a written AI use policy. Paid $4,000 a month.
Fractional AI and Ops, $3,000 a month
About a day a week. I run the weekly review, keep the commitment tracker honest and say no to the shiny thing. Three month minimum, 30 days’ notice.
