I’m a consultant and educator who helps businesses work smarter — across project management, web strategy, productivity, and AI. I’ve spent years sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, and I’ve learned that the best solutions are almost always simpler than people expect.
I work under my own name because my practice is relationship-driven. I’m not a faceless agency. I’m a person who will be in the room with you, figuring it out together.

I’m process-oriented, but I never let process become the point. The point is always the outcome — saving time, reducing friction, making better decisions, getting more done.
I bring the same approach to every engagement: start by understanding how things actually work today, identify where the real friction is, and build solutions that people will actually use. Not systems that look good in a slide deck.
On AI specifically: I’m a practitioner, not an evangelist. I’ve seen what it can do when applied well, and I’ve seen the hype that comes from applying it poorly. My job is to help you tell the difference.
